S̺àbe Kîchyâ Gûchya (/ˈs̺əbe/ /ˈkɪːcɑ/ [classic] [jar; vase]) is a subtropical City located in the Glikérád Principality of the Saborri.
The name S̺àbe Kîchyâ Gûchya is derived from the Goblin language, as S̺àbe Kîchyâ Gûchya was founded by Dheirreal, who was culturaly Rattu.
Climate
S̺àbe Kîchyâ Gûchya has a yearly average temperature of 5°C (41°F), with its average temperature during the summer being an icy 24°C (75°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant -13°C (9°F). S̺àbe Kîchyâ Gûchya receives an average of 164 cm/y (64 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of snow during the pleasantly short winter months. S̺àbe Kîchyâ Gûchya covers an area of nearly 50 km2 (20 mi2), and an average elevation of 3744 m (12283 ft) above sea level.
Overview
S̺àbe Kîchyâ Gûchya was founded durring the early 14th century in summer of the year 1317, by Dheirreal. The establishment of S̺àbe Kîchyâ Gûchya suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of S̺àbe Kîchyâ Gûchya which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.
S̺àbe Kîchyâ Gûchya was built using the conventions of Rattu durring the early 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and S̺àbe Kîchyâ Gûchya is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
S̺àbe Kîchyâ Gûchya is buildings are arranged within a network of spacious split-log ties streets which form a rectangular grid, where each block verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller block has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The city is protected by a humble stone fence which is tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. The city's peasent-grade are visibly old, but also obviously maintained semi-regularly. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with ocasional mantance of the citys defences.
A quick look in any direction shows S̺àbe Kîchyâ Gûchya is filled with vices. There are many taverns, brothels are advertising their services on the streets, cardsharks are plying their illicit trade within public squairs, and every shop has at least three signs advertising various sales on goods. That alone wouldn’t be too noticeable, if it wasn’t just so omnipresent and overwhelmingly how the people of this city live. Or if the general public wasn’t so enthusiastically, openly, and merrily participating in these activities.

Cultural Notes
S̺àbe Kîchyâ Gûchya's citizens locals enjoy many vices and lustful appetites. They may have religious sanction for their deeds, or neighbors might trade with them for such things, or they could be followers of some ideology that blesses such pursuits. Their economy or their social organization is usually heavily reliant on such traffic, and to ensure its continuance they may have made bargains with various mortal and immortal powers.
S̺àbe Kîchyâ Gûchya's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by vertical proportions, pointed arches, external buttressing, and asymmetry in the general shape of its buildings. The decorative features of the style were key, consisting of large arched windows, pointed arches, vaulted ceilings, flying buttresses, and sculptures integrated into the structure itself. Occasionally, for very important buildings, an array of sculptures or one colossal sculpture might replace the entirety of the entrance to said building.
